This page informs you (“User”) of Vaital, Inc.’s (the “Company”) policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information Company receives from users of the Company’s web site (the “Site”).

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date set forth above. 

Company reserves the right to update or change Company Privacy Policy at any time and User should check this Privacy Policy periodically.  Company will notify User of any changes to Company Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here https://www.vaital.oi/privacy-policy and Company will change the "Last Updated" date above. User should regularly consult this Privacy Policy for any changes. Any changes will be effective immediately for new Users of Company’s Site, and thirty (30) calendar days following Company posting of the new Privacy Policy on Company’s Websites and Apps. User’s continued use of Company’s Site following notice of such changes shall indicate User’s acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to by bound by the terms and conditions of such changes. If User does not wish to permit changes in Company’s use of User’s Personal Information, User must notify Company at the contact information set forth below (Contact Us) prior to the effective date of the changes, and upon such notice Company will delete any personally identifiable information or the User.  Any further use of the Site by the User thereafter shall be subject to the Privacy Policy in place at that time.




A California resident who has provided Personal Information to a business with whom he/she has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes (a "California Customer") may request information about whether the business has disclosed Personal Information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. A Note to Users Outside of the United States.


If User is a non-U.S. User of Company Properties, by visiting the Website and providing Company with data, User acknowledges and agrees that User’s Personal Data may be processed for the purposes identified in the Privacy Policy. In addition, User’s Personal Data may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding processing of Personal Data may be less stringent than the laws in User’s country. By providing User’s data, User consents to such transfer.
